She helped locate my dream home and followed up to make sure I got settled in. She even called to remind me to file my homestead months later (because she knew I’d need a reminder). Kate is a fantastic agent and knows her market. She made suggestions on what I needed to do prior to listing my house to maximize the sales price and create a multiple-offer situation. I followed her suggestions, even though I had a few doubts, and my home was presented beautifully. I had multiple offers on the first day and was under contract within the second day! She stayed on top of things all the way through to closing. I can't recommend Kate high enough! Kate is professional, skilled, and understanding of a seller's needs.

Home buying made easy! My husband and I loved working with Erin. We went into purchasing our home with the idea of purchasing within 6 months to 1 year and ended up signing after 3 weeks of looking.
