Kate is a fantastic agent and knows her market. She made suggestions on what I needed to do prior to listing my house to maximize the sales price and create a multiple-offer situation. I followed her suggestions, even though I had a few doubts, and my home was presented beautifully. I had multiple offers on the first day and was under contract within the second day! We have been working with Kate for many years since our move to Texas. After 5 years, we had attempted to buy a home in 2021, but the market did not work out in our favor. Home buying made easy! My husband and I loved working with Erin. We went into purchasing our home with the idea of purchasing within 6 months to 1 year and ended up signing after 3 weeks of looking.
